Family Education

By educating and coaching our parents we help you understand natural pediatric mental, emotional and physical development so that our parents can support the transitions with other siblings in the family as well. Our philosophy is towards owning whole health meaning optimizing our movement, mindset and nourishment. Our focus is on conscious parenting with wellness support for parents as well covering stress processing techniques and connecting you to resources. We are the experts in understanding how physical and mental challenges relate to social inclusion, emotional strain and behavioral challenges.

We also think parents need support groups outside a diagnosis. Research shows that peer led groups are more affective at creating personal change than those directed by authoritarian figures. Our workshops and educational courses train adults to lead each other and their partners into wellbeing.

Your baby's first year of life is an exciting time but for many families, the first year can be exhausting.  Good feeding patterns, digestion, sleep cycles and self soothing are not just important to baby but are also very important for the parents. Our programs honor this and offer family coaching. 

The first few month is also a very important time for your baby's gut development, life long immunity and emotional growth. Your baby's brain is very open to change and is learning how to move their body and interact with their environment.
